At HOLSTUP.CA, every portrait is custom-made and shipped with care from our studio in Canada. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.
1. Processing Time
Each order requires 3–5 business days for production before shipping. During busy periods or holidays, production time may take slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product size, unless otherwise stated as free shipping. We occasionally offer promotions with free or discounted delivery within Canada.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
– Canada: 3–8 business days
– United States: 5–10 business days
– International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays, customs clearance, or remote area service.
4. Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details via email once your package is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@holstup.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We do not cover these costs.
